Hello! I'm a responsible, tidy, and friendly individual who is looking for a room to rent in Australia. I'm a physicaltherapist from colombia and actually English student and will be living in the area for at least 8 or 12 weeks.

I'm looking for a room that is clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. Ideally, the room would also have a window for natural light and fresh air. A private bathroom is preferred, but I'm open to sharing a bathroom if it's kept clean.

As a housemate, I'm respectful of others' space and privacy, but I also enjoy socializing and getting to know my housemates. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets, but I'm comfortable living with pets as long as they are well-behaved.

In terms of location, I'm looking for a room that is within easy access to public transportation and amenities like grocery stores, cafes, and parks. Safety is also important to me, so I would prefer a room in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
